futsal in a mess; unauthorised visitors

Dear PARA,

greetings; firstly i am sure many of the residents here would have noticed the condition of the futsal court - it is in bad shape and sorry state of affairs especially as outsiders have scant regard for its use

secondly residents have been asked to get a sticker which facilitates movement and protects against unauthorised entry; seems like what is happening is just the contrary; every tom, dick and harry are coming into the housing estate; the gas guys, old newspaper men etc make our lives a misery esp during the weekend

can something be done urgently to end this?
